This website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

 

3. Bookings & Reservations

 

3.1 Making a Booking

 All bookings are subject to availability

 We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

 Booking confirmation will be sent via email

 Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time

3.2 Cancellations & No-Shows

 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

 We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows

 For large group bookings, specific cancellation terms may apply

3.3 Changes to Bookings

 We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking

 Changes are subject to availability

 Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation

 

4. Food & Drink

 

4.1 Menu & Pricing

 Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice

 All prices include VAT at the current rate

 We reserve the right to substitute menu items due to availability

4.2 Allergens & Dietary Requirements

 Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and ordering

 While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from allergens

 We handle multiple allergens in our kitchen including gluten, dairy, nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, and soya

4.3 Food Safety

 We adhere to all UK food safety regulations

 If you have concerns about food safety, please speak to a manager immediately

 

5. Payment

 

 We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards

 Payment is required at the end of your meal unless prior arrangements have been made

 Service charge may be added at our discretion

 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to pay

 

6. Conduct

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave who:

 Is intoxicated or disorderly

 Harasses staff or other guests

 Damages property

 Behaves in an inappropriate or unsafe manner

 

7. Lost Property

 

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

 Lost property will be held for 30 days

 Please contact us to inquire about lost items

 

8. Children

 

 Children are welcome at Firestarter

 Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times

 High chairs are available subject to availability

 

9. Accessibility

 

We strive to make our restaurant accessible to all guests. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements.

 

10. Photography & Social Media

 

 By visiting our restaurant, you consent to appearing in photographs or videos that may be used for our marketing purposes

 Please be respectful when taking photographs and do not disturb other guests

 We will take reasonable care to ensure your safety while on our premises

 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses

 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your meal

11.2 Your Responsibility

 You are responsible for your personal belongings

 You must follow all safety instructions provided by staff

 You must not interfere with kitchen operations or equipment

 

12. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, or government restrictions.

We value feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly. Please:

 Speak to a manager during your visit, or

 Contact us via email within 7 days of your visit

 Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond
